The Greatest Show Immersive Experience

The Advertising Producers Association brought Wonderosity onboard to shake up their annual awards ceremony. They wanted an out of the box approach that made their awards evening stand out from the crowd, taking an immersive approach to a tired format, ensuring guests left with an experience they would talk about for years to come.

The team at Wonderosity collaborated with the board at APA to design APA: The Greatest Show from the ground up. We created detailed mood boarding, venue dressing plans, costume and make up lookbooks, character breakdowns, gastronomy and mixology experiences, immersive touchpoints, pop up performance moments and talent proposals.

Hosted by drag queen ringmistress Madame Mothball, the experience saw guests transported to the dark side of the circus, and they were plunged into a backstage experience which featured roaming sideshow performers, hidden chambers such as Peep Show and The Crypts that encouraged guests to explore the circus narrative further, and ended in a party of the wildest kind with DJ Raven Mandella on the decks.
